Job Overview
Tech Mahindra is currently hiring Customer Support Associates for its Voice Process (100% Work From Home). This is a contractual opportunity with fixed salary, ideal for both freshers and experienced BPO candidates who want to build a career in customer service operations.
Candidates will handle customer queries through voice calls and provide effective resolutions while maintaining quality service standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience (with documents) preferred
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Candidate should not have attended any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months
Interview Process
- HR Round – Video call (Aadhar mandatory for WFH verification)
- Typing Test – Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Versant Test – Score 3 or above required
- Client Round – Google Meet interview (Selfie with Aadhar mandatory)
Salary & Payout Details
- Experienced Candidates (WFH):
₹1,90,000 CTC | Approx. ₹14,100 Monthly In-hand - Freshers (WFH):
₹1,68,000 CTC | Approx. ₹12,500 Monthly In-hand
