Job Overview
Muthoot Finance Ltd. is hiring Graduate Male Candidates for the position of Junior Relationship Executive (JRE). This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with basic experience in operations or sales who are interested in building a career in the banking and financial services sector.
Selected candidates will be responsible for branch operations, customer handling, loan processing activities, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily branch operational activities
- Handling customer interactions and resolving queries
- Explaining gold loan schemes, interest rates, and financial products
- Gold verification and support in loan disbursement processes
- Cash handling and documentation work
- Cross-selling financial products and services
- Conducting promotional and marketing activities
- Customer follow-up calls and relationship management
- Supporting operational and business development tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Graduate (Regular Degree Only)
- Not Eligible: B.Tech / BE / LLB / Distance or Open University graduates
- Minimum 6 months experience in operations or sales preferred (Freshers may apply)
- Fluency in local language required
- Candidate must belong to the local area
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Age should be below 28 years
