Role: Virtual Customer Service Associate (Contract)
Amazon’s Customer Service team plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Instead of scripted conversations, Amazon provides professional training that helps associates solve problems creatively while bringing their own personality into every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, products, and website navigation
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
- Use internal tools to research and resolve customer concerns
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Working Hours & Shifts
- Variable working hours based on business needs
- Rotational shifts including day, late night, and overnight
- Work schedules may include:
- 4 days × 10 hours OR
- 5 days × 8 hours
- Operating days: Monday to Sunday
- May require working on national holidays
- Exact schedule shared closer to joining date
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Must have legal authorization to work in India
- Graduation not mandatory
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Availability for weekend and overtime shifts if required
