Orcapod Consulting Services is inviting applications for a Work-from-Home IT Recruiter Internship designed especially for female graduate candidates who want to start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
This structured 6-month Internship Programme provides real-world exposure to hiring processes, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment operations. Candidates will work closely with experienced recruiters and internal hiring teams while learning industry best practices.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in IT recruitment while working remotely.
About the Internship
The internship program focuses on practical learning and skill development in recruitment. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience across the entire hiring lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
You will learn modern recruitment techniques, communication skills, and professional HR workflows used in leading consulting and staffing companies.
Eligibility Criteria
Category 1 – Experienced Candidates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office or recruitment-related roles
- Graduation required (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR)
- Minimum 65% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Own laptop with Windows 10/11 and Outlook 2019 or above
- Stable WiFi internet connection
Category 2 – Recent Graduates
- Female candidates who recently completed Graduation (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR)
- Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Own laptop with Windows 10/11 & Outlook 2019+
- Candidates from small cities are encouraged to apply
Work Details
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Location: Remote (Chennai hiring office)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Assist recruitment teams in hiring processes
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
- Learn end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
Duration & Stipend
- Online Training (First 6 Weeks): No stipend
- Internship Duration: 6 Months
- Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000 + ₹500 mobile reimbursement
After successful completion of the internship, candidates may be promoted to Associate Role with salary up to ₹12,000 per month plus company benefits.
